By downloading, installing, or using the RabbiGPT application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

RabbiGPT is a Torah study companion powered by artificial intelligence. The App provides AI-assisted study conversations across multiple pedagogical modes, retrieval and display of Jewish texts from canonical sources, an interlinear Sacred Reader for Torah, Neviim, and Ketuvim, a concept exploration tool, a memory system that tracks your learning journey, and Hebrew calendar awareness including zmanim, parashah, and Shabbat times.

RabbiGPT is a study tool, not a religious authority. It does not issue halachic rulings or replace the guidance of a qualified rabbi. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, misattribute teachings, or present incomplete interpretations. The App includes a transparency system ("Beit Midrash Trace") indicating whether responses are grounded in retrieved sources. Users are encouraged to verify findings with primary texts and qualified scholars. RabbiGPT does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You must be at least 16 years of age. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

RabbiGPT is available as a monthly subscription. New subscribers may receive a free trial period. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the billing period ends. No refunds for partial periods. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

You agree to use RabbiGPT only for lawful purposes consistent with Torah study. You agree NOT to: generate hateful or discriminatory content, reverse-engineer proprietary systems, use automated bots or scrapers, circumvent security measures, share account credentials, or commercially exploit content without permission.

The RabbiGPT application, including software, design, retrieval systems, prompt architecture, ontology data, and the "RabbiGPT" trademark, is the intellectual property of Jordan Taliaferro Waugh, licensed to Monoikos OÜ. Torah texts from Sefaria are public domain or open-licensed. You retain ownership of your own content and grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery.

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://rabbigpt.app/privacy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. RabbiGPT depends on third-party services (OpenAI, Sefaria, Google Cloud) and may be affected by their disruptions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Monoikos OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for Terms violations. Upon termination, all data is permanently removed per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
